well its not so much that the luftwaffe didnt finish them. ive spoken to british veterans and the problem was that the luftwaffe started bombing the countryside. apparently if they hadnt dispersed their own attacks they could have won. I think Hitler's own stupidity caused the luftwaffe to fail. and all of the german generals would agree with this statement if there was no SS aiming a gun behind their heads which wasnt literally the case but they all knew this was the threat

The Russians didnt have any determination.They were fleeing like rats at the sound of German guns & were only convinced to fight after Stalin declared "The Patriotic War",being more brutal to the Russians & other ethnics living in USSR,torturing & mass killing all deserting soldiers & any1 who fled the front.They had more to fear from Stalin than they did from Hitler;that's what convinced them to fight.

yes, they destroyed far more tanks and planes than they lost, but still there where just outnumbered. the russians and american had often more than twice as many tanks in the field no matter how many the germans destroyed.
also true, apparently the germans needed a kill ratio of 1-9 to better the russians (im not sure about the americans?) But as i said, Hitler made stupid decisions. He could have trained alot of the jew population to man the tanks(either that or work in the factorys therefore putting more tanks in the field) Alas i must say you are right on all fronts, the americans and russians had worse tanks but the numbers made up for it.

The invasion of the USSR would've happened anyway but in 1942 instead of 1941. Germany would've obliterated Leningrad & Moscow before any special undertaking further in the USSR.
The war would be different if he died in 1940. Very different.

That's the problem, the Luftwaffe were unable to "Finnish" the British, and this meant Hitler turned his attention towards the east.
