  • I wish Dick Cheney would run for republicans 2012, he would been an awesome president.

I have a dick cheney sticker on my car.

  • The music ist just ... "hilarious" is really not sufficient description :'D

  • Amen at 0:03

  • Cheney and Rumsfeld are war criminals...

  • "Fun for the whole family." Agreed as long as it's my step parents : )

  • Would be good if that actually happened.

  • The description bar is just one inappropriate joke. haha

  • u have tokeep focused on getting out alive dont breath to fast or u enhance the diveing sense that makes u think your drowning

  • im learning how to survive water boarding in basics now

  • Wow... all that proves to me is how stupid it is to think waterboarding is torture. In fact, US Navy Seals are waterboarded in their training. So either you're going to be stupid and say we're torturing our own troops or admit that waterboard is not torture. Now what I want to know is why are people against real torture for confirmed terrorists? Isn't this a war? Why are we being so nice to the enemy??!!!

  • @RainierRodriguez can u prove that Navy SEALS are waterboarded?

  • @RainierRodriguez Hmmm, you do know that that's part of the training. so that if they are captured they can resist torture. But then again I don't know if they take torture training.

  • @RainierRodriguez

    Amen! Drown 'em baby!

  • so uncle sam has a slight yiddish accent.

  • ANYONE ELSE NOTICE that the ppl in masks were uncle sam and lady liberty?! they were on previous episodes!

  • Who cares! I rather have the Jihadist waterboarded than read the Mirandi right to them at anytime!!!! More waterboarding less talking!

  • @regdawgformerusmc

Thats great, just throw out every value and human rights agreements that we have created in the past hunderd years out of the window.

  • @nielso212 So I guess that if your family was in immenent danger, you wouldn't use anything in the world to get an answer. Maybe you bel;ieve in fairtales, I don't point blank. We have badguys that wouldn't mind killing us in a heart beat, they use this PC (political corretness) against us and somepeople believe "let's have an outreach to the them" or better yet "let talk to them". Islam (especially Jihadist) look upon this s weakness. The best defense is a great offense!

  • @regdawgformerusmc

Yes, being anti-torture is the epitome of political correctness...Oh no wait that's just what we wrote in the universal declaration of human rights.

It's no use stopping evil people if you have to become to evil to stop them. You've just become one of them.

If my family was in danger, I would do anything to help them, I would give up my life if it saved them but I would never become one of the people that are trying to harm my family.

  • @nielso212 To be blunt and honest with you, I care less about the so-call universal declaration of HR, I just know this, we was attacked, we waterboarded, we thrawted more attacks..... Let me see some raghead jihadist get some moments of discomfort to save lives of innocent people. Well guess what, let breakout with the board, tape, towels, raghead jihadist, & let the fun began. And if my family was in danger and I had to torture a captured enemy, well guess what, let the fun began.

  • @regdawgformerusmc Fucking retard.

  • @LIBERALwithTEETH ok, I see that you are just an idiot without a cause... matter of fact, wasn't it waterboarding that help with tthe killing of Osama??? Wait a minute, you wouldn't know that. Maybe if u get your mother penis out of your rectum, maybe you will be able to sit down and think about what u say before you make yourself look more stupid than what u are.

  • @regdawgformerusmc Are you retarded?

  • @LIBERALwithTEETH that figures, why is it that libs can not say nothing intelligent??? Well anyway, why are you not prtesting the war in Libya???

  • Friend: "Hey what's up?"

    You: "Not much."

    Friend: "Want to go.....waterboarding?"

    You: "Fuck yeah."

  • Heh, I was eating beans while watching this video. "Spill the beans" felt strangely ironic. XD

  • 0:00 Skipads

  • Is that guy the politicain Dick Armey?

    hehehehehhehahahahahahahahahaha....dick army...

  • Dick is a dick!

  • COME ON SPILL THE BEANS. LOL

  • Lol read the descriotion "dick gets wet"

  • funny

  • in real life cheney wouldn't crack under torture.

  • Yes... his heart would explode before he could.

  • @CoreyMcSanders does Dick have a heart?

  • Read the description

    "Dick gets wet"

  • Sooooooo Good. *****

  • LMMFAO

  • @nikobelic25000 it wasnt that bad i got a good laugh

  • Why does the Statue of Liberty sound like a guy?

  • @angelusryu cos it's lol

  • And Obama continues it.

  • [citation needed]

  • imma try that watertorture thing lol.

  • no!

  • "oh you are so HOT when you are self righteous, I'm carrying a torch for you."

  • The statue of liberty = french chick

    Uncle Same = dude

    Homo factor = 0%

  • @msteras its actually the designers mother so ya a french chick

  • @deaftone311

dude that was some awesome break down.

I thought about it, that explains everything lol great post

  • Can they not have the homosexual stuff in these cartoons. It's so irritating

  • @MetaSensuality1983 it makes it funnier!

  • I say we construct a "its a small world after all" ride, and force terrorists to ride on it 48 hours a day, till they crack.

  • "Ignorant. Even if they are terrorists, they still have human rights and deserve to be treated as prisoners; without torture just confinment of liberty."-BlinkHawk

This response honestly concerns me of where we are as a nation. Terrorist come here, try to blow up a plane full of 200 plus american Dec 25, and we give them lawyers. While our soldiers get captures in afghan, or elsewhere, and get the end of a sword to there neck while being recorded.

These people dont CARE about human rights!

  • Well from your response apparently we don't either.

  • I work in the mall and they play Christmas music from oct 31 to dec 31 and trust me it's real torture.

  • I'm not telling- best line ever

  • God the music when hes getting water boarded makes me LOL.

    BAH BAH BA BAH!

  • If waterboarding isn't torture, why use it?

  • Give the terrorists cookies. They work better.

  • Give em cookies, they work better than torture.

  • I find the video funny as fuck, but like Albyscool said this is very dirty war, and if we think that we're going to win this war on the chivalry terms, then we're alucinating. However, we must keep in mind what our ideals are, is a very fine line.

  • I love the music during the torture; "Bah-bah, bah-bah-dah-bah-bah, bah baaaah!" ha ha excellent

  • waterboarding works.....

  • So's pulling out fingernails!

  • wats up with the music? :P

  • Inb4 rage

  • We're making enemies faster than we can kill 'em

  • @theheatofthemoment Some nukes could remedy that situation.

  • AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA SO GREAT!

  • Would you people shut the fuck up?

  • Dick the devil!

  • torture is stupid even if you say the truth they will continue untill you say what they want...

    same thing at school0.o

  • Then why did KSM give us information on terrorist plots that led to the arrest of some of his fellow Jihadist. He could have just told us "whatever we wanted to hear," LOL.

  • We got that information before we started water-boarding him.

  • According to the reports he was water-boarded 183 times the same month he was captured. So where exactly do you get the idea we got the information before he was water-boarded? It is pretty obvious he was water-boarded as soon as he was captured in March 2003, which would fall in line with Cheney and the gangs "ticking time bomb scenario." Please provide us with the reports that he was water-boarded AFTER he already started cooperating. Think about it buddy, your scenario makes no sense.

  • maybe what he say was what they wanted to hear

  • Thats the point. If what we want to hear are his plans for terrorism and he tells us what they are, isnt that the point? Isn't that "what we want to hear?" LoL. It's a silly argument you got there

  • LoL!

  • astrovan14 what about the not guilty? you amaricans right now have people on death row, that might not be guilty. A 14y old Boy got life in prison for admitting killing hees dad, after 48 houers of screaming interigation. Today a grovn man and found not guilty... They are saying, that you will admit to anything if under torture... no on, not even a "terrorist" (fighting for hees ovn country) need to be tortured... denmark

  • I can't decide if this is suppsoed to be an argue ment for or against waterboarding. Is what the guy saying that what he really objects to is not the fact that the Bush administration tortured terrorists, but that they won't admit what they did was torture?

  • So, who's the man at the end of the video?

  • Uncle Sam!

  • That's the Statue of fucking Liberty, are you a fucking retard or just trying to get attention shanpaocungu!! And it is NOT a guy it's a women,DUHH!!

  • Wow, Nolan, such a compassionate,friendly voice.

  • Ha ha ha. Ah...that's some funny stuff right there.

  • we make people think they are dying...terrorist make people know they are dying...ya we shouldn't torture terrorist who kill thousands of people thats not nice :/ (sarcasm)

    good video! :D

  • you don't get it...

  • Ignorant. Even if they are terrorists, they still have human rights and deserve to be threated as prisoners; without torture just confinment of liberty.

  • So, KSM has the same human rights that soldiers in SERE-C school do not? If we can waterboard them why can't we waterboard him?

  • @iSAW7 because your nation is subscrived to the ONU and therefore accepts to respect the international human rights laws. Unlike terrorists who act on shadows.

  • Because as the people who are fighting the terrorists we must not only try to defeat them militarily we must also beat them morally by holding ourselves to a greater standard than what they hold themselves to.

  • brotherariman i like the way you present your point, when you put it that way it makes sense to treat them right!

  • There is no beating terrorists "morally". They don't have a moral agenda, they have a political agenda.

The fact that we draw a line somewhere, that we don't kidnap random people and chop their heads off on video shows what we are dealing with. Even when Barack Obama made his big apology tour over Europe and the Middle East, terrorism has not ended.

Appeasement has never worked, and it is not best for our country.

  • L O L

  • can't people just watch a video to enjoy it? but no, everyone wants to put in their two cents.

NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY!!!

  • LOL some are putting 20

  • i agree 100%.

NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY!!!

  • Did you read what you just wrote?

  • im gonna be the first to post a comment on the video and not a paragraph on what i think torture is and isnt :)

  • HI-5

  • when we capture 1 they were probably shooting at the army. plus when there was water boarding it was done on 1 a mastermind on 911. and many they knew by name were high ranking enemies. plus the airport and plane security has been amped up since the murders

  • Ye, 1. Its just 1 ,isnt it? I mean ,it is for the duty of thousands.

Why not 2 ? Why not 3 or 4? Ah , damn it ,why not kill hundrets?

  • I m saying they do it a hell of alot worse. first dont matter. we dont need to do same to them because it can start some bad habbits to be made. where we do worse to them. but. I can well state that water board is more humane and managable than electroshock in water then decapatation.

  • plus imagine the horrors that our troops. our reporters. and that countrys very own people face when they are kidnaped/ captured. by al queda. they are broken from point of no return. and executed. sometimes decapatated on camra.... when we capture a combatent. we are sure it is one.

  • "They did it first" is a justification for an intrinsically evil act?

  • taliban wht u capture is not actually a talibani, rather a civilian who is thn tortured to the point that he admitts that he is actually a terrorist.

Wht r ur troops and ur reporters doin in others countries? I mean the Iraqis or the Afghans or the Pakistanis did not invited u in the 1st place. Y dont u guyz stay at home and try to fix ur Security systems as the plane that crashed on the trade cntr or Pantagon did not flew from the airprts of Pakistan or Iraq or Iran.

  • to hentaikiller. right. it can lead to innocent admiting to a crime te escape pain. but also. water board is more humane than what sadam did to his people. u forgot that when the incedents happened they were done to high ranking jihadists and one of them helped plan 911. to me torture is in lots cases a bad way of extracting intel. but the ones who planed to kill soldiers and civilains had it coming.

  • Torture is an objective act. An objective act is not defined by a "certain amount of pain or suffering," as suffering is subjective.

Torture includes any attempt to coerce the free will. The free will is an inviolable aspect of human nature. An attack against the free will is an attack against the individual, and human nature itself.

Every politician and every thug in the military who participated or approved of torture should be tried and executed. They are grave threats to human life.

  • i would give everything for this

  • residue is eeeevvvvviiiiiiilllllll!!!

  • THIS VIDEO IS SO TRUE... but every country tortures their suspects..

  • yes and alot of other counties tortures are alot worse

  • Hentai, you know that the fact that "every country [by which I assume you mean "State"] tortures people does not make the act right. So why in the world would you even mention it?

Either condemn torture as an intrinsically evil act, or deny that it is wrong and support it. Don't be a fencesitter.

  • no, I meant every country.. as in country.. I do not believe in torture because I read 1984 by george orwell and believe STRONGLY that many innocent human beings would plead guilty to escape the pain. YET this method of torture again is quite humane if compared to electrocuting and breaking peoples fingers...

  • Henta, you mean every "government." Every State. The people in a country do not torture "their" prisoners. You're talking about an institution: the State.

Henta, if it is wrong, then condemn it. Do not say, "Well, at least it's not as bad as..." (and yes, it is as bad as other forms of torture.)

If you do not condemn it, and you hem and haw like that, you will be tacitly approving of such torture. Condemn it now, pledge to oppose torturers to the death, and get it over with.

  • Hentai,

Torture is not wrong because inflicting suffering to extract information may cause innocent people to suffer. Torture is wrong because torture is wrong. Torture is wrong because inflicting suffering to extract information is wrong.

  • Haha! Too bad waterboarding Cheney in real life doesn't happen.

  • A video recently surfaced that showed one of the Gitmo prisoners wasn't a so called terrorist but was being tortured by Al Quida for resisting them.

I wonder how many times this poor guy was tortured / water-boarded in the name of Bush/Cheney?

I agree that criminals should pay for the crimes they committed. But we need to make damn sure their guilty. And if we are to be a shining light as the so called hypocrite Republicans were claiming to be last week torture is out of the equation.

  • can you keep that off youtube?

  • -_-

  • Kill'em all !!!!!!

  • The entire World should get to Waterboard War Criminal cheney, and bush.

  • And what about the Democrats, like Pelosi, who were in on it, too? And what about the SERE trainers who waterboard soldiers as part of the training?

  • We've been finding out the truth, Pelosi was NEVER informed as it turns out, the CIA's come clean. But, say Pelosi has allegedly heard bush and cheney's illegal plans, if she goes to prison for just having heard it, then what should happen to them for coming up with the plans, and then carrying them out physically, hmmm? Maybe hang them publicly right? Yeah, thought so. SERE uses a medical staff for each Volunteer Spec Ops soldier put through the course, a 3 person medical staff is present.

  • What? You think Bush and Cheney actually went to Gitmo and waterboarded people? And maybe you believe Pelosi's changing story on how she wasn't briefed, and how she wasn't briefed right, and how they didn't brief her, they only told her, etc., but I'm not going to buy it.

And can you say for a fact that there was no medical staff at Gitmo, or even a need for one? How many prisoners were injured or killed during water boarding again?

  • AreThereNoMoreNames:

You think Hitler tortured people like Mengele, or went to the Concentration Camps, and he shouldn't have been tried in connection with his plans and actions if captured? You're an idiot.

bush and cheney ARE War Criminals and must be prosecuted and sentenced for their crimes, period.

Pelosi has been cleared by the CIA, they've admitted she was never briefed. And, General Petraeus, bush's own appointee, has stated that "bush and cheney violated the Geneva Accords."

  • I'm not sure what you mean with Mengele, the only one I know who was involved in that was doing the torturing.

You claimed that Bush and Cheney were, as you said, "carrying them out physically", which they weren't at all.

I can't find any evidence, other than Pelosi's myriad of lies, or arguments based on them, that actually can clear her of any guilt. I can, however, find CIA documents charting her briefings, dating from as early as only a year after 9/11.

  • The orders written and delivered by bush, cheney and others WERE PHYSICAL WRITTEN ORDERS ON WHITE HOUSE STATIONARY. They are now called EVIDENCE. bush and cheney and others will be prosecuted and hopefully sentenced to death. America can then regain Our credibility with the World by letting them know NOBODY is above the law, especially when they Torture others and violate International Law and the Genvea Accords, which were signatories on. bush is a War Criminal, period.

  • You're a moron. We're done, you're a gop ass kiss and an idiot. cheney and bush will be prosecuted for issuing orders that violated International Law and the Geneva Accords. Hitler didn't physically do a single thing with torture, ever, but he is known as the one at the top, as bush and cheney are. They wrote the orders, they go to the gallows, period, no exceptions. You say Pelosi's guilty for having not heard the orders that bush wrote, you're a complete idiot.

  • "I can't find any evidence, other than Pelosi's myriad of lies, or arguments based on them, that actually can clear her of any guilt."

SO YOU'RE ALLEGING PELOSI'S GUILTY FOR HAVING ONLY HEARD bush AND cheney's plans?

If Pelosi is guilty of allegedly having only been briefed ( look up the word BRIEFED), and gets sentenced to 10 years in prison, then certainly bush and cheney must be hung for creating the plans and signing physical written ORDERS to conduct illegal War Crimes.

  • You rely on the internet for evidence on bush's physical written orders that are classified and have been reviewed by Our Senate Intelligence Committee? You're an idiot.

Since Barack Obama's Birth Records have been released on the internet and can be found and verified, that puts an end to the nonsense about his American citizenship, right? So you've proved Obama is American, thanks, we'll alert the media and idiots at the gop no-think tanks.

  • ACTUALLY, OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE WAS EXAMINED AND CERTIFIED AS AUTHENTIC! Video on our channel.

Obama's Birth Records were verified before he ran for the Illinois Senate over 13 years ago.

bush and cheney will be tried for War Crimes.

Watch Vincent Bugliosi on our channel. If you tell us you have greater knowledge of criminal proceedings than Vincent Bugliosi, the man who put Manson away for murder, then you're a nut case for sure. Bugliosi is the foremost authority on murder trials.

  • Wrong. You are the one making baseless statements. In fact, you havenb't said a single credible word. Every single one of our videos presents facts. you are bow alleging you have a better grasp of bush's criminal guilt than Vincent Bugliosi, the foremost authority on murder prosecution? LOL! You're a psycho, we're done with you. Take your meds nutso.

  • No, you are.

  • You're a nut case. You believe you have a sharper legal acuity than Vincent Bugliosi. You're nuts, period.

  • The President of the United States is Barack Obama, not War Criminal bush. You live in a fantasy world, and you're mentally damaged.

You called Vincent Bugliosi crazy when you're the nut case, no point arguing it, it's obvious. And your attempt at condescension over our ages is pointless, since as stated, we are older, wiser and far more educated than you are. This video has 4.5 stars for a reason, that you miss entirely. FAIL. And using terms from logic makes you a cut and paste clown.

  • Since your memory span is as low as your IQ, here's your quote "I'm not the one who wants to kill the president of the U.S."

Again, War Criminal bush IS NOT the President of the United States of America, and, he will soon be tried and prosecuted for War Crimes as he must be for violating the Geneva Accords and International Laws. We were a signatory on the original agreements this murderous piece of shit violated, his own General, David Petraeus said on fox comedy news. Nobody is above the law.

  • He WAS the president of the United States, and Bugliosi wanted him dead. 0bama is now, and he's certainly in no hurry to close Gitmo.

There were six investigations that found no violations of the Geneva convention, and Holder confirmed that there had been nothing illegal going on there.

Gen Betrayus hasn't been a particularly trustworthy source of information. I hope you don't believe what he says.

  • My friend, I think we would find that there being no "breach" in the Geneva convention is due to loopholes. See, as long as whoever was captured was not explicitly fighting anyone, they can "legally" incarcerate them. And without trials and proper investigation, who knows how many innocent people have been wrongfully maltreated and worse.

It's the same thing as what North Korea does. And fine, you want to call that legal, so be it. But now the U.S. really can't speak out against any practice

  • as we are doing the same. I mean, kicking, force feeding, the use of pepper sprays, dislocatoin of limbs, left out in to heat and cold, and the "taming" of a psychologically depressing torture by the name of waterboarding,no biggies right?

After all, by inflicting terror on people who may or may not be terrorists, we sure are keeping terrorists in check! And anyone who goes anywhere can now be incarcerated without trial as long as they are suspected to anything and beaten for it. Fair & just.

  • So if our President allows the constitution to be violated (phone taps), creates "secret" torture programs, and even starts a constitutionally and internationally illegal war he should not be prosecuted?

    Interesting.

  • There's a difference between prosecuting someone and outright murdering them. If someone violates the law, then yes, I would not be opposed to them being tried in a court by an impartial jury. However, that's not necessarily the president, but also those involved in it, including Pelosi. No way should she get a free card just because she's sitting on the other side of the fence.

But likewise, if 0bama were to do something unconstitutional, would you support the same measures be taken?

  • Remember the Nuremberg Trials? Suppose Hitler (I know Godwin's Law, but still) hadn't been a coward and faced up to his crimes, should he not be prosecuted just as hard as the SS officials who did the dirty work?

The President's job is to be responsible (among many other things). He is to blame if torture programs, illegal wars, and unconstitutional manouvers occured under his watch, along with other's who allowed it to happen.

And yes, I WOULD condemn and demand a trial if Obama (or anyone

  • for that matter) violated the trust and the responsability the American people gave him when they elected him. And even those that voted against Obama, as president one of his responsabilities is to uphold the Constitution (our American values).

What even makes you think I would give Obama a free-pass? Because he is African-American? Democratic?

Hell, man. I don't care. What I do care is that our President lives up the the responsability that voters and soldiers have given him.

  • Well that's a welcome change. People seem to be pretty partisan about the issue, saying that there's a whole bunch of Republicans who need to be shot, but not one Democrat deserves any punishment, whatsoever.

And yeah, I think that, if they can pin blame, beyond a reasonable doubt, on an elected official, justice should be done. Us peons hardly even get the leeway the rich do.

  • So you agree that at the very LEAST Bush should be fairly tried, and convicted if found guilty? And not a sham trial, like the military ones we've seen before, where an American soldier goes and commits a war crime, we make a big show, but give a slap on the wrist.

  • Yes, a fair trial. But it's going to be pretty hard to get even that, now. Pretty much the whole jury pool's been poisoned at this point, much in the same way someone on the internet can say that a soldier who was exhonorated of criminal charges is still guilty when he didn't even sit in on the case.

  • Well, the photos are there, and it is not unknown to find out about a soldier convicted or Rape and Murder, getting according jail time, only to be released 3 months later.

  • Well, that's a different story if there are pictures of someone raping and murdering. Unfortunately, it's happening just the same inside the U.S. all the time.

  • Of course, but the U.S. needs to show that when it invades foreign soil (say in search of Al-Qaeada) our soldiers respect the innocent citizens, lest we go ahead and have our own Rape of Nanking under our belts.

We have to condemn those soldiers who go off the leash appropriately, and make sure to leave the legacy that American Soldiers are brave, honorable, and respectful.

  • umm for the torture deal i don't beileve water boarding is torture personally i don't care what governement does to pows as long as they are treated somewhat humanly

but if u want to go ahead and say it is torture fine go on ahead convict bush but don't stop their naci polosi, allot of republicans, and allot of demcrates also approved of torture and EVERYONE should be held accountable

but once again i beileve nothing wrong was done

  • Well, I believe that simulating drowning in unsafe conditions, coupled with all the other human rights incidents at Gitmo qualifies, and yes, EVERYONE should be held accountable.

It's tough, but, if a citizen had gone all wacko on their community, and done what Dick Cheney pushed for, he'd rightfully be in jail. Why do we give politicians a free pass?

  • how the hell did Bush last 8 F'n years without being kicked out anyway?

  • Well, to be fair, a lot of Americans did (during 9/11) call for all of the drastic measures that America took thereafter. Furthermore, it would not be far-fetched to make the claim that Bush was a well-meaning but weak-minded man who fell to the fear-mongering of people who DO benefit from wars (sick ain't it? American lives are corporate affairs).

And when we woke up from the 9/11 panic, it was too late, recalling would be costly, etc. I don't hate Bush, but I do want him to be held accounta

  • ble for what underwent. It's a shame, really. But I believe that with good will and reason we can learn a lot from this.

  • I don't know, woodpeckerjR. America voted for Al Gore.
