you can get it from an easier way download the synthesia game from the synthesia web page. and search in google for evanescence midis and u can found some pages with evanescence midis...now i know CAL ME WHEN YOU'RE SOBER,RESTLESS(WITHIN TEMPTATION IS EVANESCENCE IN THE PAST AND SOME MORE THEYRE A LOT TO TELL TEYRE NAMES SO IF U WANT THEM I HAVE SOME ONLY SEND ME AN E-MAIL AND THEN I WIL SEND THEM TO WHO WANT THEM

okay so i've already learned this part and i tried my very best to write the notes down for people that can't quite get it:

D G B flat D G B flat G D F G B flat D# G B flat D G

C F# A C F# A C F# D# F# A D F# A C F#

B flat D G B flat D G B flat D C D G B flat D G C D

HighD LowD F# A D F# A LowD HighD LowD C LowD B flat LowD A

(HighD means it's the D you started on; LowD is an octave down.) and then repeat 3 times. i know it looks confusing, but try it and let me know if it helped!

at the end it says ' B flat LowD ' do u mean flat b low d or what? XD thanks for the post anyways!

@dziendobre111 ...It means B flat and then D, but you're also playing a D one octave up, so I just wanted to make sure you know the difference between the two--one is an octave lower. Does that make sense?
