Have to say you did ok with this, a few of the jump cuts wouldn't have been my choice but you know what, doesn't mean anything. Loving the white Rat.
Dream sequences are difficult because we dream in reality mostly, so short of monsters, or something obscure, it can often appear like a haunting. The POV was a good choice and neatly slotted in.
Take heart, and consider crossover fades as alternatives, C/U on hands, face etc, as a film project, well framed and developed narrative yay, nicely done
@aussiness74 Thanks for the kind words, aussiness. Unfortunately the assignment was an "in camera" edit, meaning that we shot and used the camera to set up all our transitions. Jump cuts were the only option!
The close up suggestion is one that I definitely agree with and wish I would have used. Too late now. I'm glad you liked it, though. Thanks!
