  • John Deere model 60,.. built from 1952 to 1956 has 32.48 BELT HP to 41.18 BELT HP and 29.17 DRAWBAR HP to 37.68 DRAWBAR HP.

Try looking on Tractor Data .com

  • Very good looking tractor.

  • Doese that clutch pull back to ingage or push forward? on our model 60 from 1955 it pulls back to ingage

  • @NathansBackwoods, pull back to disengage, push forward to engage.

  • @79fordblake, the original owner of our tractor put some tabs on the leaver to reverse it. so it pulls back to engage.

  • Nice JD 60!

    Take Care,

    John

  • 28 on drawbar

  • @DaltonRayJohnDeere60, a stock early A has around 20hp, then they moved them up to around 34hp with engine mods and different carbs. 60 is supposed to be about same size as an A and a 60 has a two-barrel carb. 28hp is way to low for a 60.

  • I wish I could help you but no, I do not know. Try Ebay.

  • I was wandering if you new were i could find a 3 pt hitch for a 60

  • dude i love john deere 60, 730 diesel, 4020 and a hell of alot more!

  • Sounds like it runs really smooth, how many horse power is it at the drawbar?

  • I have no idea. It is my dad's and I listed it for him. Someone else posted 28 on drawbar.
