see how the fire droplets ignited the absinthe? thats no good. if that happens, you should remove the spoon and blow at the absinthe in the glass to turn the fire off.
Very nice spoon & very beautiful Pontarlier II glass. Don't ruin them with fire and...Versinthe - it's a sort of pastis, not a real absinthe, and it is already sugared.. ;)
To put it out after dropping the cube, add the water. If it still burns after adding water, blow it out.

Yes, I know. As wrong as the preparation may be for this, it's still a way some people do it, so I wanted to film it. I don't prefer it this way.
