Oranges and orange juice are the first things that I turn to when I'm sick, along with vitamin and mineral supplements (zinc in particular) to help boost recovery.

Also gargling salt water (which tastes really nasty) will help improve sore throats, but of course don't do that when you're eating / drinking.

Get well soon OT. :) I should send you a "get well soon" card, but you'd be better by the time you got it. ;D
