Also do animals have souls and if not why don't they? Is self awareness the only thing required to have a soul. If thats the case and we created a self aware computer system would they have a soul? In the old testament both Enoch & Elijah were raptured, that's just a glimpse of all God's saints to be raptured in the future. The New Testament clearly says we shall not all die, but we shall be changed in a moment in a twinkling of an eye & meet the Lord in the air, so shall we forever be with the Lord.
Those not born again will spend eternity in hell, no one can ever be "good enough"

It's very easy to enter heaven. The theif on the cross next to Jesus never went to church, never read the bible, never had any religion.
He did however repent of His sins & asked Jesus to remember Him in His kingdom. Jesus told the theif this day you shall be with me in paradise.
That's simple, Jesus said all those that call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

So, I'm going to hell because I don't believe in the god that the person next to me working does?
