i started feeling pain in the upper right abdominal area after only about 2 years of having hep c and it kept getting worse until i started eating light, lowfat, and exercising. It made a big difference in how I felt. I would get treatment if i could afford it and if you can afford it you would be stupid not to go for it.
@sprinkler5802 I recieved help for treatment. The pharmaceutical company gave the medicine for free since I was unemployed with little income. I only had to pay for the doctor and test. That does add up since the first 4 weeks you go to the doc 1x a week. I do not know where you live, but maybe someone you know could help you look into the possibility of getting help for the doctor and test bills. Just need to do some internet searching and calling your local medicaid/welfare department.
@shevykat Well I got good news, the only good thing Obama has done in my opinion was making the insurance companies allow there policy holders to keep there children on there policy till they're 26 yrs old. My father got a promotion at work and with that, great health benefits. So i got on his policy and i'm now looking at local hepatologists so i can get started on my treatment. More works been coming my way now so i can pay for the doctor visits. So good for you and good for me.
