Actually it did :D im using the Windows XP Laptop in the vid. If you listen carefully, i said that if youre using Laptop then press "fn" key on the bottom lefthand corner of your keyboard in between "ctrl" and "windows icon". Then follow the video on how to upload it :D Hope that solved your question!

Im almost 100% sure that it works for Windows 7. For windows 7 you probably could just press the Prt Scn button, but if that doesnt wrok, then just press fn+Prt Scn.
