the term nepal starts from 4th BCE. before that, the himalayas region was known as "kiratdesh"

secondly the term "nepal" came from kirati word "nepala". the kirati meaning of nepala is "yo bhumi afai bolchha"("the land says itself" )

So visit nepal, forget about the modern world, worries, stress and have a great time.
