  • David i know food affects my acne but here is the thing i have locked down what makes my face break out and it always does with exactly 1 big whtie head. Popcorn chips and drinking. What can i do to prevent this im going to mexico and im going to be drinking for sure i can take out the popcorn and chips but there must be some kinda face wash i can bring to mexico with me or something. i got a month in a half until i leave time to figure this out lol

  • @stevophil the best thing to do is no drinking, or really limit it. Also, envirozon from the amazon herb company helps detoxify the liver so if you did drink then that would help combat them.

  • @acneerasingsecrets ty ya there is no hope for not drinking going to be with all my old friends they going to think something is wrong with me if i dont do any drinking at the all inclusive

  • @stevophil hang out with new friends! or tell them why you are not drinking... I stopped drinking for the most part but drink every once in a while but always take envirozon for my liver the next morning if I do drink.

  • referring to the question last said, if i do wash my face that many times do i use my cleanser morning/night and plain water for the rest of the day

  • @TAYLORGANGKNOWS washing your face twice a day is enough, 4-5 times is too much and too much for your skin...

  • i have oily skin and is it alright washing my face 3 times a day? morning, after workout and at night. And maybe sometimes 4/5 times a day because after school/work?

  • which face cleanser would you recomend for oily skin?i need a cheap cleasner thats organic i dont know which one to buy. whcih cleasner would you recomend?

  • @mCloovin9955 Apple cider vinegar is great and I would recommend that, also to use something like aztec clay mask would help too... Check out my most recent video called "acne erasing secrets product recommendations" to see some recommendations and links to those things.

  • @acneerasingsecrets thanku for replying so fast, i love natrual things but like i just want something quick and easy, thats why i need a facial cleanser thats already in a botle you know what i mean,.. i dont want my skin routine to be so complicated :(

  • @mCloovin9955 yw, I understand... Hopefully my product will come out sooner than later b/c that will a complete set!

  • @acneerasingsecrets one more question. i watched ur vido on apple cider vinear for ur face.. i was wondering if i could put apple cider vinegar and lemon into a little spray bottle and use it as a facial cleanser everey day.. i mean like just spray it morning and night.. would this help with my oily skin?

  • @mCloovin9955 That would be a good idea, it is a good cleanser idea... I don't know if it will really help with oily skin though. Oily skin is often caused by a hormone imbalance and that is internal, a diet change is really needed for that.

  • hey David, what about whey protein???? i have oily skin and some breakouts once in awhile but i've cut out dairy completely, but since i go to the gym and after lifting weights i have my whey protein shack, do you think that this is causing some of my breakouts since whey is derived from milk?

  • @MauricioRQC83 It could be, too much protein in the body also causes it to become too acidic, so I would limit it or find other sources of protein. Branch chain amino acids, chlorella & spirulina are great replacements too.

  • david what if we get dairy from trader joes and it says with no artificial hormones on it is that ok?

  • @mynameismoso626 that's better than regular dairy, but it's still dairy. The less dairy the better, the body has a hard time digesting dairy and I personally believe from my research that we aren't made to ingest dairy from other species (animals) etc... so the less the better but if you do have it making sure it is organic and free range is a must if you want to get clear skin.

  • @acneerasingsecrets well i went and got usda organic butter so thats cool?

  • @mynameismoso626 That's better, but I would recommend coconut or olive oil over butter b/c it's dairy free and has more health benefits such as good fats etc (omega fats)

  • i have a really important question. i am starting to get very healthy rite now. and i see my skin clearing up but at the same time im putting acne treatmeant on my skin. it says its natural. its called alba bontinca acne dote. i use those products. is that good? or should i just put face lotion on my face?

  • @penahect Good for you! Keep it up! It's awesome to heat that people like you are using the right acne treatments and are working on improving their diet to clear up their skin b/c it really works! I would google the ingredients if I were you... I'm not too familiar with that one.. The things you want to stay away from are "sulfates, parabens, benzoyl peroxide" and any other artificial ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate etc.

  • what if i wash my face with organic honey, and then not use anything afterwards, like no moisturizer, what will happen? because I DO want my face to breathe at night when I am sleeping, but then again my face is soo oily, that if i don't moisturizer, my skin will get so dry that it will produce that much more oil. Ugh I just can't win with acne -_-

  • @BurnKilluminati The reason you "can't win" is because you say you can't win... You have to believe that you can clear up your skin because your belief determines how successful you are with it. If you keep getting angry and frustrated it will only cause more stress and acne! Have you tried the secret acne cleanse yet?

  • @acneerasingsecrets no not yet, actually I just got off accutane 2 weeks ago, though my skin is "clear", my face is starting to get oily again, and I know I will start to break out again, what a waste of time.. I feel like I will never get the skin that I want, the skin that I used to have in my early years. I stopped using harsh products on my face about 4 months ago, I want to get rid of this problem entirely and will go to any extreme! what is the secret cleanse??

  • @acneerasingsecrets btw, your videos are great, I kinda feel guilty going on accutane now, I wish I watched your videos early enough! I just need a non-hectic routine to prevent acne, moreover, try to ignore it, because I think about my acne 24/7! I can't focus on anything elsee, it's like taking over my lifeee!

  • @BurnKilluminati You need to work on your mind more than anything else... Ignore your acne and live life... Believe you can heal it and don't focus on it. This is your biggest issue right now.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Yeah I understand, my main concern is just reversing the damage Benzoyl Peroxide has done to my skin, I just used it on my cheeks and that's where the acne is. I haven't used BP in over a year. But the skin texture on my cheeks is much different than the t-zone, how do I get my face to be completely even? I want my skin to repair itself, I don't want to do anything to it.

  • @BurnKilluminati I hear ya, Some natural skin care products will help in healing it.... The "acne facial day cream" video I made is a product that may really help a lot.

  • ok, great video. i'm going to cut out dairy out of my diet. But i don't understand how some of my friends drink milk all the time and are acne free?

could you shed some light on this?

  • @DoubleAgent244 everyone is effected differently by food & skin care products, and some people are more sensitive etc.

Some people gain weight because of their diet, some people breakout... some people both! some people neither but internally they are hurting their body and down the road it all adds up and causes bigger problems.

  • @acneerasingsecrets thank you

  • This video needs more views! What gives?

  • @bolovely99 I know! lol... I have had a lot of videos and people saying that I need more views... all the sharing on blogs/facebook/twitter etc is much appreciated! :)

  • keep it up,you gonna be big, subbed!!!

  • @SARMA1956 Thank you! :)

  • How long since stating a dairy free diet (and a healthy diet overall) will i see a change in my acne (its on my chin and worsens around my time of the month so i am assuming ti is hormonal). Can you recommend also supplements i can take to help with my hormones? Right now i take: probiotics, digestive enzymes and 3,6,9, omega supplements and drink green tea

  • @leelowe1 Everyone's skin is different... It really just depends on how long you have had acne and how bad it is etc... Could change in a few days and it may take weeks or even a month to start seeing changes. As far as supplements watch the "herbs for acne" video that I made... the fiberzon & envirozon are great for cleansing and will really help you out.

  • im a teen and my mom will kill me if i dont eat dairy and i love make up and have a sweet tooth but i will try as hard as i can

  • @21kitkatkate Watch more of my videos if you get a chance, I think you will learn a lot and that your skin will really benefit from it! Best of luck!

  • NO IT DOESNT, Hormones don't get into milk. Why do these morons believe you!

  • @nutmed Cows are injected with hormones to grow faster... more meat & milk is more profitable for the farmers. Watch "Food Inc." - "Food Matters"... and there are other documentary's that explain this as well. You could be wrong ya know! :)

  • im gonna try it sweetie thanx

  • @Stacii91 You are welcome! :)

  • 0:16 and pause it lmfao u look funny!

  • @T2Lrocks lol thanks :)

  • is it safe to use jojoba oil? to get rid the oily skin?? pls reply thanks=)

  • @FAllingMemories25 Yep! jojoba oil is great and I highly recommend it! It's natural and very beneficial for the skin.

  • @acneerasingsecrets thanks for your reply... last question is it ok to take some lactofferin supplements?

  • @FAllingMemories25 I don't know a ton about lactofferin supplements but I just looked into it and it seems pretty good.

  • I really like the way you treat acne naturally... my mom wouldn't believe me that I can treat acne naturally so she bought me proactive... its a real shame that i dont have any money to buy that e-book cause im just a kid :D, ill buy it when i grow up tho

  • @RoidelSoeil122 Tell your mom that it's cheaper than proactiv because it's a one time thing not every single month! You can learn a lot from my videos too, I recommend water over proactiv! lol

  • dude u need braces O.o

  • @111NoOne111 I could use them, but i'm not orthodontist so why are you asking? lol

  • @acneerasingsecrets im not asking, im giving u advice

  • @111NoOne111 I've actually had them before... I sitll have one tooth that sticks out though! lol... But thanks for your "advice"... i'm sure you have better advice to give to people that can actually help them though right?

  • You're really adorable lol. Thanks for the advice. My dermatologist told me to spot treat my acne with hydrogen peroxide. Does that throw off the PH balance of my skin? Or is it even advisable? Many thanks in advance!

  • @TheAyikita Not really no, but you have to be really careful with that... Getting it in your eyes can cause problems. And the brown bottle stuff contains preservatives so I wouldn't recommend that... I would dilute food grade hydrogen peroxide then use that.

  • @TheAyikita ohh yeah, and thanks for the compliment ;)

  • so thats why my acne gets worse... im addicted to dairy products aha! time to cut down on my intake :)

  • @DONTMAKEMEBITEYOUU Glad to hear you are learning & implementing! :) Thanks for watching and commenting! you rock :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets i hope i can do it aha! thanks :)

  • Do they even sell organic milk?

  • @heroaddict1 I don't know... who are you talking about?

  • @heroaddict1 I meant he market. LOL! Stores. But that was a dumb question. My bad. XD

  • how do i know if my local grocery store sells organic food??

  • @adriiana09 The food is labeled organic, if it's not labeled organic then it's not! Thanks for the question :)

  • you're adorable

  • @RawAndRad Why thank you! :)

  • this is untrue

  • @PickledBananana lol... ok... your the expert.

  • @acneerasingsecrets how do u know im not??? and why did u have to be sarcastic in return to a statement of opinion. maybe i tried this stuff and it didnt work. did it really make u feel better to say that? if so feel free.

  • @PickledBananana thought you were just one of those "youtube haters" lol... next time leave a longer comment so i can understand what your saying! (didn't mean to offend you) just say your experience so I can help you instead of "hating on my vid!" make sense?

  • I have oily skin too and I remember when it used to get oily already by 3pm, gosh i hated it! But it stopped after I went to this acne treatments peels for months and I like it so much! Thanks for the tips! PS. I feel like I am being annoying cause I comment on almost every single of your video...

  • @GabbyFabby1994 haha! it's fine! I love the comments... there are quite a few people who have commented on multiple videos! it's all good :)

  • I get very oily in the summer, (not sweat).

Do hormones only/mainly target the face areas? because my body isnt oily.

  • @KISSMAJUICYASS Because of the sweat, and face touching and combination of products (facewash shampoo) etc... the face becomes more oily than other areas of our bodies...

  • Very informative! I have extremely oily skin, maybe you could do a video on natural home alternatives to cut back the insane oil. Thanks David. =)

  • @auralicioz Thanks! I appreciate it... Good idea! thanks for sharing :)

  • i love almond milk :-) my b-friend picked up the kind that had "vanilla" flavor to it though he had no idea so i have to pick up the regular kind i love apple cider vinegar as an astringent / leave on. i had a couple pimples and this morning they were dried up! i wanna try rice milk also.instead of potato chips i for a snack will get a couple whole grain tortilla chips which are addictive. but i only eat the serving size of 7 chips. Ugh can't wait to order soo. Luv your vids~!

  • @nikkiaholic123 Awesome! So excited for you! your learning a lot and this will not only benefit you now but for the rest of your life! it is so much fun to be extremely healthy and feel GREAT! AND... to know that you won't have health problems like most ppl unfortunately!

  • Please like this video and share your thoughts! it's much appreciated! :)
