The arrogant and 'in your face' attutide of a police/military presence is what contributed to the events of 9-11 (ref: US Military presence in Saudi Arabia) .

You guys are loosers. The police did nothing wrong. Been in NYC many years and this is nothing. You have no idea what the police were investigating there. 90% of the time it is not like that. When it is you can bet there is a good reason for it. You folks are also going to be the first to complain when another 9-11 happens. BTW 9/11 was not an inside job.

i haved lived in NY all my life.

i have been driving in the metro NY area (nyc LI jersey CT and lower NY state) since 1992

POLICE CHECK POINTS ARE NOTHING NEW!!!!

they are called "seatbelt checks"

if you notice the cops are looking at peoples windshields

in NYS this is where the inspection and regi stickers are

these ppl got pulled over for having inspections overdue or not wearing seatbelts (as required by NYS law)

N.Y.- Born and raised there. I left shortly after 9-11 and will never return. This is the first city that will fall under marshall law.

the cops were nice to only give out tickets (thats all ppl got was desk appearance tickets)
