It's only last scene from 2nd episode of that season. There are 12 episodes following on season 2 where the real Hugo becomes Fer's first boyfriend.

Fer will only meet David for the first time on episode 3 from season3.

Does no one else feel sorry for Oliver? I read the scene as him really liking Fer, but that he had gotten freaked when Gorka caught them a few episodes back. I actually felt really sorry for Oliver. The look he gave Fer before he walked away screamed, "I am sorry I am too scared to be with you."

@spongebobsmyhero I feel the exact same way. Even though Gorka significantly improves as the seasons pass by, I can never forgive him or like him because of what he did in this episode :-(

Some things are unforgiveable no matter how much the person changes afterwards, for example when one hurts another person this much. Poor Fer!
