AGREED with BlackFolkMetal, in my opinion Immortal are the true epitome of what Black Metal should be they weren't ever fake, they took the idea of taking extreme music and fusing melody into it. I own all of their CD's and they have a pure progress of Black Metal in their records (meaning they show off almost all of the styles of BM around throughout the span of their discography)...
