my shar_pei sheds year around, hates people 'cept family but LOVES other animals,he is more maternal than some women..go figure...LOL btw, his names Tank and it fits him perfect!

SHarpei dogs are the best dont u know that sharpeis are rare breed of dogs...and they are over protective towards their owner/master....dont we just love SHARPEIS!!!

I have both a long and short fur sharpei and they do shed. But I think they were the cutest when they where younger since they looked more like a melting puppy but they out grow their wrinkies. But they are my favorite dog :)

But mostly they sleep and snore and are lazy :)

However it hasnt been all year round and shedding has been minimum :)

@romanport they shed but not much and they bark loud if you don't train them. They are bred to guard the houses of the Chinese Ancestors.

@romanport they do shed quite alot that is not a full breed shar pei there tails are not like that nice ogg though and they do bark and can be used as a gaurd dog i had a shar pei for 7 years and they do not like other dogs at all
