  • Your awesome ! I am B- and the list you gave make sense to me. Awareness is the key and now will avoid them for good :)

  • I am 24 years old and just recently learned that I am B+. Also, I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a body builder, but for the last 4 years I've been working out consistently, 5 times a week at least, and trying to build muscle. To aid in muscle growth I have been eating a lot of chicken, 2-3 chicken breast a day, one of which I eat every night before I go to bed. If I am to avoid chicken, this will be a major change for me. Any suggestions on how to adapt would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • B+ here :P

  • im 16, last week i donated blood for the first time, yesterday i found out for the first time i have the blood type B-. i have had 2 calls from the red cross to donate more.

  • @WLKCONSULTING I follow a raw vegan lifestyle and I couldn't agree more. I have been raw vegan for about a year now, and it's been a true blessing. Overall, we all need a min. of 80% carbohydrates, max of 10% protein, and max of 10% fat. Although some people need to increase their total caloric intake, you should always stay in this range. Animals do not change their diet, due to their blood type, neither should humans. There hasn't been any studies proving this.I'll be a doctor in about 4 yrs (:

  • what do you do if your RH- ?

  • No matter what blood type you have, it doesn't play a role in a different type of diet. Cows have more blood types than humans however, they all eat the same thing. Whales and chimps do as well. I study the human body adademically in medical school. Blood type does not play a factor in the types of foods you should eat. I concur that no meat or dairy is the best diet for humans, because of our DNA carbon makeup and biological. Humans are strictly herbivores. ery1 NEEDS to do more research.

  • HI Heather,

The first thing people usually notice is an improvement in energy, and then the weight just falls off.. Don't you want to feel good? I have many clients who have had amazing success and miraculous healings/energy improvements/weight loss..etc...

  • I read no meats except lamb....my husband hates lamb, and what about eating out? We eat tons of corn, chicken, avocados, and tomatoes, and peanut butter, and they are all the things I shouldn't be eating! Has anyone lost tons of weight on this diet? Where can you get these rare meats?

  • Are there any women here that have had any weight loss success following the Blood Type B Program? Please let me know because you will be interviewed for a magazine...

  • , the Rhesus factor (neg or pos) doesn't matter in how your system reacts to varying foods... Corn and Chicken are huge for blood type B... Try to just switch to unprocessed foods.. meaning... greens, red meats, turkey (no chicken) and see how you feel and get back to me....

  • is b negative the same? cos i really love all those things ur saying im meant to avoid :( lol

  • What about Quinoa for type B's?

  • Give up chicken. Whoot!!! I also hate tomatoes. Looks like my body always knew what it wanted.

  • I have B

  • I'm type B+ and oddly enough, I've never been a fan of chicken or tomatoes. Like Mr B- I too have had no problem with corn. However, I have recently developed type 1 diabetes and I was wondering if you could recommend any foods to help counteract my condition as I'm not entirely convinced it's irreversible.

  • @AidansGuide Yeah, I just posted about that too. I'm the same way. Man, if I came home and it was chicken for dinner I'd just complain. I would eat chicken because it was low in fat. However, I always would also eat lean beef. I've always hated tomatoes too. LOL.

  • thanks now feel really rare now its funny how i like those food ... but now i know i was killing my self

  • I have type B negative. I have very sharp and pointed teeth and have a physical need for extra rare meat, it causes a reaction in my body that makes me feel very good. I have no problem with wheat but I do get extremely* sick when I eat barley or malted barley, I stay away from any product that has it in it, it can even cause my pupils to dilate unevenly, improperly. Corn or Chicken doesn't bother me at all, not to be gross or anything but my body can fully digest corn, never had any problems?

  • @XXXREDROOMXXX - I'm not saying you have problems with corn or tomatoes etc... but you would feel better and have more energy and connectedness if you eliminated those things from your diet.. I'm glad that you realize that you need some red meat.. the more rare the better utilized... you're spot on with that.... Feel free to keep the questions coming.
