So far the only reason I've stuck with this is the marvelous tone of the narrator.This is no reflection on how the programme has been sectioned up for YouTube,but it aint exactly jogging on apace,is it?!

Paul Winfield, the narrator, now deceased, was an actor for years. His slow drawl and slightly slurred sounding speech was a result of a stroke. Not drunk. A remarkable man.

@PeterBluth I quite liked this show's narration and general format. The way that the show would set up the usual crime story by doing a history of the surrounding locale was unique.
