@Maxarus88 , in case you still want to know the name of the last song (seeing as you asked 6 months ago but no-one has replied yet), it is called 'Under a Silent Sea' and is on the 2009 album 'Dear John'. I'm guessing he wrote it long before the album was released, as this video was posted in 2007.
