How do you get the 4 little boxes on your chat line? It happens sometimes for me but I can't figure it out lol

IME plugin, it's so i can talk in japanese. it's the only reason i use windower.... i have a ton of japanese friends on it that i can't talk to without it.

I knew it had something to do with JP... thx for letting me know I can't tell you how many hours i've tried to make them pop up lol
