It's amazing how he can look like such a buffon, to soon have you gripping your seat without breaking his character role. It's very rare witnessing an actor with that capability.
Barney may have been inept at times, but he really shines during this moment. Even a high priced, well educated lawyer could not compose anything better.
The woman is Ruta Lee, formerly Alex Trebek's sidekick on High Rollers.

Thanks for uploading this. This and Barney's confronation against the farmers in "Lawman Barney" are two of the finer moments of the show.
