Cain is a joke. He wants to tax a smaller portion of the income of those who make their living by usury while taxing more of the income of working people of modest means. His idiotic national sales tax will be a greater burden on the poor who must spend a greater part of what they earn just to stay alive, and he would not tax those who make stuff overseas to sell here.
