two comments.

1.) no it's not the watchtower, that's entirely different.

2.)@ the american looking for an arrangement, there's plenty available, or if you can't find one, i have a flute band arrangement, which i could easily send you a copy of with notes on how to tansfer it into a brass band arrangement. ( i also have a brass quartet arrangement thereof which you could possibly expand into a full band score.)

@jg879mm It is called Hoch Heidecksburg , subtitled, The Watchtower 100% certain of that a tad less certain that is by HL Blakenburg -  beautiful !! check Boosey and Hawkes publishing for a set of march cards

@jg879mm The name of the band is Koninklijke Militaire Kapel John Willem Friso (Royal Military Band JWF), The Netherlands. I guess that "The Watchtower" is just the English transalation of the German title "Hoch Heideckburg". 'Burg' in German (burcht in Dutch) means 'castle'.
