Fallkniven Tor and Odin are one of the best knives I've seen. I like the steel, I like the design. Chips? Small chips sometimes maybe, but after few sharpenings VG10 stops chip. It becomes better and better with every single sharpening.

The Northern Lights series has a great design. I'd really like to get an NL1 in a non-stainless workhorse steel. CPM-3V maybe. Would like to see some jimping on the back there as well.

Today, I modifed the sheath - moved the snap buckle down toward the fingers guard and put a paracord loop on the knife also double as 2nd strap to the sheath.

Now I can carry Odin tip up/down/side or toss around w/o worrying about my digits.

Hopefully Fallkniven would use cpm-m4 for its next gen knives. Cowry-X is just too darn expensive.

I bought an Odin 3 yrs ago. VG-10 laminated 420j stainless steel. Got a big chip on the edge belly from hidden rock - could be worse if not for a strong convex edge to stop the damage, still darn it! What I found bewildering was the sheath - it doesn't secure the knife from lift/prod up, hence cut myself multiple times - bleeding in the wood wasn't fun.
