Lemme tell you what I think: The Hardy Boys (Both Hardys) weren't really popular and well-known till 99 or 2000 came along. They were just getting started as a ok tag team in 98, and they probly didn't name their finishers till 99. Like the Twist of Fate was probly named in late 99 or early/mid 2000 cuz in WWF Attitude and Warzone the Hardy's weren't featured in the game and finally became playable in WWF No Mercy and games past that. Like the SVR's and Wrestlemania 2000.
