  • teletubbie? wtf?

  • umm, is it just me, or is steven holding a teletubby?

  • I know the whole band personally the nicest dudes in the world

  • ''When I was 5 years old, my mom told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down "happy." They told me I didn't understand the assignment and I told them they didn't understand life.''

  • If they tune their guitars down much lower, it'll sound retarded- they're already in D. C is too low and B is way too low. I like standard, E flat, and D is just enough to change it up but not too low. Try playing a Metallica song in B- it sounds retarded.

  • Yeah thats true! with my band I really incist that we stay in standart and drop d! dropping more than that and during gigs you dont hear the fuckin notes cause its too low! and if you really want the chuggy riffs then get a 7string for the chuggy parts and then go back to the 6 other normal strings!

  • I completely agree; I want a 7-string so I can play a wider range of notes while still being able to play some Megadeth without having to change guitars or retune the one I have on. I got a magazine in the mail from which you can order guitars; one of the guitars was an Ibanez 8-string (B,E,A,D,G,B,E,A tuning) with a floyd rose, but it costs $1,800. I had never even heard of an 8-string; it sounds badass, but it's expensive as hell!

  • umm did anyone notice Laa-Laa, the yellow thing from the teletubbis being signed in the backgroung lol.

Black Tide is a really good band btw.

  • i like BT, but, what are they gonna do when gabriels voice starts to change?

  • they are just going to sing in a different tone duh??

  • It already has, he's making it work and I'm sure it will get better :)

  • well,if his voice changes they can choose to tune their guitars down to match his voice.i tried singing with a standard tuned guitar and my voice is to deep, tuning my guitar down makes it sound more right.depends on what music you play.

  • Yeah, for some bands, but Black Tide don't need to do that. Listen to their cover of 'Prowler' live and you'll know what I'm talking about.

  • i did, very good band to cover a very good song.i do notice his voice is deeper but not alot.enough to be noticeable.

  • that was funny, god i love gabriel but he is already taken (damn)

  • He's taken?! NOOOOOOOOOOOO! *faints*

  • yeah, well, that was what it said on their MySpace page. I nearly cried when i read that.

  • me too!!

  • he's single now yo

  • HOORAY!! =]

  • Comment removed

  • I know him and his friends.... and well now he's not single anymore haha. That comment was like 5 months ago.

  • yah I know it was 5 months ago. but asking doesn't hurt.

    Thanks for curing my curiosity.

  • Oh yeah yeah, don't worry about it!

  • cool. thanks.

  • i think their age should be a plus.. for them to have gotten so far and become so successful at such a young age they should be praised not used as a way for jerks to take the piss.. id like to see them achieve so much !!

  • Testify! It's a shame people don't look upon opening Donington as a terrific achievement for a band led by a boy of 15, and simply see it as a way to mock them.

  • Oh Man.

It's so hard to believe that they're famous.

Gabriel went to my middle school.

  • dude are you seriuos? That it's insane!

  • He's still at my preschool *High five*

  • lol I bet it's hard for them with people teasing them about stuff like that

  • Yeh but at the same time their age is a HUGE factor in contributing their sucess and all the attention they get.
