He's sloppy. Even in this video you can see what a crap fighter he is. His striking is sloppy, his wrestling is sloppy, and his transitions are garbage. He doesn't even fight any more.

With all the WWE and Kurt Angle stuff aside, Puder is a pretty goood fighter, but look at the guys hes fought, strikeforce is not known for its heavyweight fighters, and puder only fights like once a year. and the guys hes fought were also pudgey or long ans skinny compared to him, i think if wants to improve he needs to go somewhere other than strikeforce, maybe affliction would have some good heavyweights for him.
