That was great. Chase it is sooooo stupid, they treat their employees like crap, while the managers do nothing & the minute something goes wrong the manager acts like they knew nothing. These videos sounds like the idiot managers in San Antonio, especially one in particular who lies to her employees and her upper mgt. One day she'll get caught in her lies. Customer Beware, when you go into Chase the bankers main goal is to sell you something (if not mgmt will think they're not doing their job)
