I agree with Paisley, this communist attitude, who is going to watch them, police them, etc IS RIDICULOUS! You don't need much land to raise chickens. All this crazy concerns about diseases, blah blah blah..Geez..it's like we have never lived before this generations.>ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY!

This is a sad generation when ppl think owning a chicken is something "new" in society. And for the ppl to think it is normal to ask such questions as "who is going to police it?" "Who is going to watch them?" And to think everything needs regulations and all animals need licenses. This generation does not know freedom. There was a day in America when ppl just decided to get a pet & that was no one`s business but their own.
