I usually get my done at the nail salon for about $10, but this seems really nice.

not the best technique. she's using a hugh spatula, letting the wax sit and cool on the skin while talking, and she's pulling UP and over instead of across. The results were good on the client because her brows are already amazing. Did she double dip? I think I saw her double dip... Show me bushy brows and technical shaping then I'll give some stars.

You wax or pluck below the eyebrow to get its shape. NOT above the eyebrow.

Here's my tip for any of those scared teens about to get them done and searching youtube to prepare themselves, like I did. lol. Ask a friend whose eyebrows you like where they go and who they go to. My friend recommended somebody at a place to me, so i requested her, and it was a great experience. It didn't hurt one little bit for me! Definitely worth it :) so DON'T BE SCARED! I'm a big woos when it comes to pain, but I had no problem with this. =]

haha, that's exactly what i'm doing. I want to just get the middle done. Are they going to do anything like shape my eyebrow at all for just the "unibrow" part?

well my advice is just to go for the whole thing, i mean obviously i've never seen your eyebrows but you might as well if you're getting the middle done... but i'm sure if you really want just that you could ask them about it :) YES IM POSITIVE IT DOESNT HURT. at least with the girl i went to. some are better than others. just get somebody good and you'll be fine :)

If that ever happens, apply a triple antibiotic on it right away and apply it several times a day until it starts to fade.

It healed up but it took ages. It didn't hurt too bad when it happened; I just thought I'd had an allergic reaction to the lotions or something. Got in my car after and saw between my brows was this big, shiny red mark.

Took about 3 months to properly heal.

oh wow , im glad it healed, ive never got my eyebrows done before coz they stayed like, perfec lol some people have asked did i get my eyebrows done and im like no .....but now im thinkin about getin it done and my b days tomorrow and fininally my brows are startin to get a lil out of shape

Threadings the new thing, haven't tried it myself, I think my brows may be too bushy to try it. Let us know how it works.

But eyebrow waxing doesn't hurt, I just had a bad experience. All other times I've been (which is alot) it's been fine and I've come away with great eyebrows...and now red marks lol.
