  • Shit, want, what's the best place to order them?

  • @mrKozmoz If you're out on the west coast, I'd go with Sideshowtoy or Cornerstorecomics. If you're Eastcoast, vikingplayground.

  • which is bigger 1/6 or the 1/12

  • @Mr88m20 The 1/6th is twice the size of the 1/12th. The 1/6 come in around 14 inches (a little over) and their little brothers are a little over 7 inches.

  • came back to this again bro...i recently saw the african defense 14 inches tall one. is it the same size to these 3 u have?

  • @tedan628 Yep the 1/6th African Def. Freiheit and Cydonia Western Def. are the same size as mine. Just different colors and decals. The three I bought were only available on Bambaland, but African Def. and Cydonia were available through retailers.

Ash is also in the process of releasing all of these in 1/12th scale as well.

  • Every video i watch of yours i want more ThreeA!! So cool

  • @madmatty1 Thanks!! ThreeA collecting is very addictive. I hope and pray I never find a "cure" for that addiction, because it's just so much fun :)

  • Your wife is so cool

  • @UTTO05 I had to be sure to marry a girl that would let me buy toys :) Otherwise I would have just stayed single :)

  • WOW!! DOPE! SHIT! ":)

  • @jggraphx Yeah, they are all kinds of crazy cool. I don't know how Ash keeps coming up with one cool design after another. Boggles the mind.

  • what camera are u using mate?

  • @tedan628 I just use an old Canon Vixia HF10. I bought it a little over three years ago. What I really need to do is get a decent shotgun mic and add to the setup. I've been wanting to get a Rode VideoMic, but they have a new model coming soon, so I keep holding off on the mic.

  • Hello Yamata86 Thanks for all the information you have provided me on theThree A figures Brambles, Berties and Martins. just recently recieved some orderd items and they look great. But still trying to figure out how the hell I can get first dibs on all 1/6 scale figures without having to pay through the nostrils by some middle man or company like ebay etc...most of the popular 3A sites appear to be sold out instantly?? Any information would be appreciated

  • @FrenzyandLazerbeak 3A is a small company. They make a production run of figures, then that's all they make. Once they sell out at the BambalandStore, you have to go to the secondary market. 3A does make some figures for retail sites, but not many. When they put a figure up for sale on the BambalandStore, the longest you will see it available is 24 hours. Ash announces all the figure sell dates on the 3A forums. You'll find the forums to be indispensable for 3A info. It's a great place :)

  • @yamata86

Thanks for the info ..Ok that makes sense...Humn...well guess I just dont have much patience or interest for forums? But I guess I will need to develop some....if I intend to aquire at least 1 of the 1/6 figures.

    Thanks again.

  • @MegatronKillsPrime One thing you can do, if forums don't appeal to you too much, is look for a Forum section called 3ADaillyNews. One of the Mods, named Gimbat, basically condenses all the news from Ash and Kim and puts it all in one thread. It includes release dates and the cost of figures, etc. It will let you bypass all the other "forum stuff" if you don't want to read everything.

  • Thanks for the link, mate. I actually contacted ThreeA and they actually offered to fix it free of charge if needs be. You heard anything about the WWRP Dropcloth?

  • @R87578 That's great to hear. Did you talk to Candy? Sometimes she has to have Ling help, but Candy usually takes care of that stuff. 3A always jumps through hoops to help their customers.

Ash has been giving us little bits of info on the WWRp Dropcloths for a little while. He has talked about doing a WWRp 3Pack with Gebi De Plume, DIY De Plume, and Uncle 5 Dropcloth, but nothing is set in stone yet. We should know more details soon.

  • @yamata86 Yeah, it was Ling who i communicated with. Very helpful. I got my Deimos as well, but his legs give out when i try to position the rocket launcher on his shoulder. Reckon i've been a bit unlucky. Think i'll stick to the 1/12 scale in future.

  • Hey yamata, I really like your videos, very informative and in depth. They're my favourite toy reviews.I've recently gotten into collecting ThreeA after being a fan of Ashley wood's art for a while. My collection is already pretty big, not that i can afford it. I just received my Gravedigger but his shoulder joints are so loose that his arms cant be posed, let alone support the rocket launcher. Did you have this trouble with any of your HB's. I feel fairly let down considering how much he cost.

  • @R87578 Thanks for the complement!! All the joints were tight on my HBs, but I have heard a few people say that theirs are loose. Don't worry, it can be fixed. I can't post the link here (youtube rules), so I'm going to send you a PM with a link that has pictures and step by step instructions on how to fix loose joints on a Heavy Bramble. It was done by a 3A fan on the 3A message boards. After you fix your HB, you can browse the rest of the 3A Boards :)

  • Awsome review

I am new to this line of figures

    But they look amazing....

I will see if I can get one of these..

Anybody know the name of a respectable website that sells this line of figures?

  • @FrenzyandLazerbeak The three versions I have are sold out, but you can get the new retail versions at Vikingplayground, Sideshowtoy, or Fallenregime. The ultimate 3A source is Bambalandstore though. Brand new drop (figures called Grunts) go on sale at 8pm EST tonight at Bambalandstore. The url I have listed at the end of the video will can get you the the 3A forums. Best place to go for good info.

  • How tall are the rambles In inches??

    What is the scale??

  • @FrenzyandLazerbeak These WWR Heavy Brables are 1/6th scale. Ash has hinted that he wants to make 1/12th versions later. Those will fall under the banner of WWRp (where the "p" means portable).

For these 1/6th Scale badboys, the robot is 14.5 inches from head to toe. The rocket launcher is just shy of 22 inches.

  • Love you're vids, Love the Bromwich paint scheme, I think I might pick that one up. I'm new to the Ashley Wood collection but i've been collectiong Hot Toys for years. Ashley Wood and ThreeA really do produce works of art, I have the Cherry Shadow and the Dirty Deeds Bertie in my collection so far and I love em

  • @MrRobman100 Thanks, I'm glad you like the videos. Bromwich is a great bot. If you find one, don't hesitate, just buy that bad boy. You won't regret it a bit. I love Cherry, she's such a cool figure. And Dirty Deeds Bertie is a total classic. I think if you set your DD Bertie next to a Heavy Bramble you will see an improvement in paint application. I hope you get a Heavy Bramble, they are worth twice what they cost IMO.

  • those look awesome! are you getting the western/african def heavy brambles?

  • @JasKORKOR I really love the look of the African Defense HB. In particular, the "tiger striping" looks really cool. But I think I've spent enough money on HBs for now :) I have to save back some money for upcoming 3A figures. Of course, I've told myself the same thing before, then cracked under the pressure when the time came.......... :)

  • How much were these things?

    I completely missed the drop.lol

Hope I can catch one at retail.

  • @Skeletonwitharaygun Ash had the drop on August 12. The 2Packs were $442, and the singles were $238. Those prices were with the %15 discount for having a 3AA membership. Actually, the 2011 3AA membership renewal is tomorrow night!! It'll be 8PM EST on Jan 14th at the Bambalandstore.

  • How much were these things?

    I completely missed the drop.lol

Hope I can catch one at retail.

  • way too cool. waiting on my gravedigger here in the UK. shouldn't be too long now.

  • @KORNdog1986 I know, the wait is agonizing. In the US we are usually the last to get stuff. It was an interesting change that Ash sent them to the US first this time. Sounds like he and Kim are going to start switching up the order in which countries get their figures for this year.

  • aww man these looks awsome, i wish i could afford to get 1 of these but hopefully theyy make a portable version, heres hopeing

  • @uselessminion Oh yeah, portable versions would be great!! I'd really like to see a WWRp version of Gravedigger to put with the WWRp Gravedigger RPG Bramble that came with the 3x3 LM set.

  • So Awesome hope i can get one of these one day.

  • @DesignerToysUK They really are great figures. The retail versions should be going up for preorder soon. If you can nab one of those, you won't disapointed.

  • @yamata86 Looking into the retail versions just need to see about money

  • @DesignerToysUK Well here's wishing you good fortune. I hope you can pull together the money you need. If you make it happen, I assure you they will be worth every penny of the hard-earned cash you spend on them.

  • @yamata86 Thanks

  • Awesome! Congrats on getting your Brambles. I got Gravedigger, but Deimos was my second choice. They're all awesome. Are interested in getting any of the retail versions? :D That Afrikan Defence looks pretty good.

  • @Hippobotimus The two upcoming retail HBs look incredible, but I have to hold back the cash for other 3A figures. Ash sells these at an amazing price, but I have to be carefull that I keep enough reserves for those "surprises" that Ash is known to do :)
