These color combinations look great! The final look is fabulous!!! I did your nude lip suggestions and loved it. But , I am scared to try this b/c I have oily acne prone skin and I'm scared I will break out b/c of the large amount of products. What are your suggestions?

@williad11 Thank you! I would rec using a foundation that is specifically for oily or acne prone skin... ex. Revlon... Also chk with MAC and see how the liquid foundation would be for your skin instead of the stick since it is a bit creamier... I hope this helps.

OMG I bought this mess and looked like a hot mess. I am around your same complexion and I tried both foundations (Truly Topaz and Bronze Beauty).  The bronze beauty was good, but the truly topaz made me look like I was ready for the morgue. Nothing beats Bobbi Brown foundation stick. Ugggg I guess you get what you pay for. I HATED IT! Even though I only spent $20.00 between the two that is money I could have spent on something I really like. Buy at your own risk.

@mahogany252 Ok so I gave this one more try. I did it EXACTLY like you did it in the video. I used the Evian water, I even swiped it exactly like you did, and I blended with a 109 brush, finished with mineralized powder and VOILA...It turned out fabulous. When I applied it the first time, I used the Truly Topaz first and did not blend well. Plus the Evian is a big help. I'm sorry ya'll I jumped to conclusion too quick. I loved it.

@chinnyjem truly topez is a foundation and its not as light as nw40. try toast or honey concealer by black opal. i hope this helps.

i LOOOOOOVE black opal foundation sticks, I went and got all the shades for my makeup artist kit. it really gives flawless coverage, I also notice I don't have to use concealer as much with it. It looks great on you!

FLAWLESS as always!!!!! Do you find that the black opal transfers? I wore it, and set it with powder (NW50), and went to fill out a paper and I left a fingerprint...LOL That is the only thing that keeps me from wearing it.

Very Pretty natural look. I still use some Black Opal products. They make good stuff for woc. The optimistic orange and ripe peach blushes are beautiful on u.... 5 stars :-)
