It's alright. I do have some critiques though. Since you're using photoshop, you should mirror the piece. When you do that, you'll see that the eyes are not level in the least; the eye on (our) right is alot higher than the left. In addition, the "wings" of his nose are all wonky. Finally; try to ween off your dependence on black lines. It'll make your pieces stronger overall.

In general, adding black to a colour piece will immediately make it loose depth and look muddy. Anyways, good luck!

I appreciate the critique. Im sort of fond of at least starting with black. (As the some of the speedpainters I admire do that). However, I need to work on making sure im not ending with so much of it though.
