My wife and I were here in 1995 (I think) on our way to Salt Lake City from our home in Fruita, CO. This temple has the most beautiful Celestial Room we had seen.

This temple is very special to me. My mother was raised in Vernal and was baptized in here when it was the tabernacle in the 1930's. I was honored to be able to back there with her to the open house.

As the Temple that we go to from western Colorado, I have felt the spirit in this temple and love and appreciate the service of members in Vernal who serve in the Temple.
This is a beautiful temple.
Temples are the house of God and it is a priviledge to go there and serve and feel the spirit, get closer to God, and recieve inspiration.
