Donkeys have a mischievous streak!! They're very smart!! The jack that I had, took it upon himself to "help" me when I was shoeing either him or the my other guys. He LOVED to hand me my shoeing tools, or run off with them, depending. I love those guys!! The only critter that's cooler than a donkey is a mule!!!! Those guys tickle me twice!!

@Billishotheismine He's a QH, buckskin thats been bleached out by the texas sun. He's a gelding, but i wished we'd waited and got some foals out of him. We thought he was going to be to small, but he fooled us and was a late bloomer...

@Billishotheismine We have his half brother who is palomino, we may keep him as a stallion...The mare they are out of is bay roan. So far she's thrown a buckskin out of a palomino, a blue roan out of a sorrel and a palomino out of a palomino...She may be for sale once we wean her current foal
