  • Thank you that was excellent!!! I afford the P90x program I am a single mom with three teenage boys so every little hints I can get will help. I am doing muscle confusion by doing a completely different work out routine everyday and very little carbs. It's working I have lost 20 pounds in a month.

  • Some of the comments here are dumb, obviously he is showing you the way he prefers his meal. You can add and take out ingredients as per your taste. I am going to try this tom. :)

  • Do you use any post workout sup? I know P90X® Results and Recovery Formula is available but have you tried it and if so, have you try anything else?

  • @sbfw1425 oh okay i see you are adding extra stuff to the p90x nutritional program. Pretty creative. i am on day two and every meal i want to make, i am missing one or two ingredients.

  • @SourDHKush Yeah, I try to find what works for me. The plan is pretty flexible so I like to experiment ;)

  • I use 2-3 egg whites. You can use more if you want more protein. Let me know what you think if you try.
