Yeah I was thinking the same thing half way through but it explains why in the last 20 seconds, to basically expand vertically since they can't expand on the ground horizontally because they are boxed in.

Also they mentioned they were gonna carry the whole thing like it was one huge sheet but around 3:58 you can see the roof being lifted in sections, it's still interesting though.
