  • what is the name of this song?

  • Hello, zabej123!. The first song it is the "Alalá das Mariñas" and the second one it is "A farruquiña".

    Greetings!.

  • @papigil thanks!

  • Milladoiro é moito Milladoiro.

  • ¡Meirandes!.

  • A música inicial é do album "Iacobus Magnus"? Saudações de Portugal.

  • ¡Ola, Rekyan!.

Moitas gracias polo teu Comentario, amig@. ¡Un saúdo desde Galiza!.

  • En una palabra: Hermoso!

    Regards from Galicia!.

  • Hi Gil,

thanks for the video; very rich music!

So much great sound from such a small

    part of Europe!

  • Hello, friend of mine!. As fan of the Galician Music that you are, Milladoiro is a group that wanted to announce you for what it represents in the General History of the Galician Music and in the Modern one especially.

What does look like to you the content of the attached Text to the video?.

    Cheers, Dan!.

  • It looks like you know the group you are talking about very well:-)

  • Hello, friend Dan!. Really merit does not have very much for my part the Attached Text since great quantity of information exists as a whole about Milladoiro, so much on the part of the media of communication like of publications and also in Internet.

    (...continues)

  • Certain it is that a Great Honor would be for me to know them personally and to shake hands them, but this one is not the case.

Anyhow, in this type of subject matters always I apply myself to obtain the major quantity of information that me is possible for this way to provide the most general and complete information that there allow the limits of space that for it You Tube arranges and to expire faithfully with whom one has curiosity.

  • What opinion does deserve Miladoiro to you after the reading of the attached text?. Did you visit their Web?.

    A great greeting, Dan!.

  • Hi Gil,

I visited their website, but it is all in

Spanish and I don't see links to more of their

music there. My opinion of them from your text

here is that they have a long and distinguished career as a group--similar to

Chieftans. And of course, their combined

talents are obvious. It is probably difficult for musicians to stay together for so long,

so this is impressive by itself.

    cheers,

    Dan

  • Hello, Dan!. The characteristics of the space in "Commentaries" of the You Tube there does not allow the record of characters of addresses web you complete for what I send you by means of a message the correspondent to the access in English Language of to Milladoiro's Web and its different sections.

The comparison that you do with regard to the meaning of "The Chieftains" is very succeeded on the part of Milladoiro as for what their recounts in the History of the Galician Folk.

    Cheers!.

  • Great stuff as always, Gil!

  • Hello, Larry!. Thank you very much for your Commentary, for enjoying this extract of Milladoiro's concert and for being here.

    Andreas
