Whoa...seriously spooky! Well, let's face it -- this play is *always* rather spooky, but it's even more so when the voice speaking is so detached and almost completely devoid of all emotion or expression.

You can get 'Embers' on CD from Evergreen Review. There's also another version on an excellent 4CD set of radio works from the British Library.
