Just ran across this one, I like to eat the sliced jalapenos straight from the jar and drink the juice, I also mix some juice in tomato or v8 juice to give it some punch, good taste I learned from me local Mexican restaurant that the whole fresh jalapenos with the stripes on them are the hottest, I also love them fried, but not the striped ones

Best jalapeno to have are the fresh ones u buy in the produce department. U roast them on a flame grill until it's about to burst and with a nice burn to them. Try it out. They taste better and produces a lot less acid in your stomach.
