I owned a Pixma, but since I was forced to always stocking all of the cartridges (i.e black AND all color tones) in order to access other functions such as scan... no thanks. You don't even have the choice of simply not using color and just go with monochrome printing, you must load at all times all of the ink.
Folks- a Multi Function Printer that turns into a ZERO function printer if you run out of one cartridge.
I won't make that mistake again in supporting such and abusive system.
what was the device you used when you appeared to be scanning color chips to create an ICC profile? Was that a canon scanner and color chips? I am a little confused
I give a lot of trainings in the print industry. Though I speak both German and English, we sometimes have meetings with colleagues that do not understand German. Now if any German customer could speak as well English as this gentleman, it would be great. A very nice video with a modest speaker who is realistic. Not just a slick American sales guy who bashes in with a message that no one believes.
Brrr. Ohne dem Herrn nahetreten zu wollen, aber dieses Denglisch schmerzt schon. Es würde wohl professioneller wirken, wenn man ihn im Hintergrund Deutsch sprechen ließe und einen englischen Sprecher drüberlegte.

I purchased this printer after seeing this video during Christmas and love it. Any tips on cropping properly for different sized papers.
