My Portuguese is rusty, but, I was able to understand some of what the man was saying, he was truly awestruck and scared by what he saw and he was asking " wtf is that?" more than a few times. The other words were too muffled and the nearby traffic sounds made it hard for me to fully understand. Now, what fell to ground? Or did I not see correctly? I assume something fell down to the surface. Or was it an optical illusion?
