I'm a Calgarian. But I still think Toronto is more where "sports come to die". The Maple Laughs have blown for four decades, nobody cares about the Argos, and the Craptors are a traveling circus, not a basketball team.
I don't know why I watched this video but I like it. You should try taking #15 right after Kingston. Given it's not Toronto, you have to do about 95 km/hr because everyone else there does. But you'd be suprised even though it seems it's very turtle-ish that you actually get there just as quick. You also save gas. Try it!
everyone should be at least going 145-150 on this highway standard speed

My parents use to take #15 to get to Kingston. It's very scenic but it takes longer and I personally don't like driving along 2-lane highways.

It's a diagonal shortcut. Although it seems longer, it takes less time, because of that diagonal shortcut.
It's more peaceful, and there are plenty of straight runs to pass, and there are also passing lanes in places.
