  • It's not even a good deal for bud there...about 10$ a gram...WTF

  • @duffymoon01 theirs is stronger trust me. As an american visiting amsterdam a joint is going to do your MORE than good, for these types of strains you probably want to do some testing from a bowl. Its just not the same quality

  • @Kawabic As a Canadian living in an area SPOILED with great ganja around I'm not so sure it could be that much better...i've tried a few of the strains on the menu, but green crack is my favorite, and it's easy to get where i live. One joint of this stuff gets you in the sky for like 4 hours...I used to want to go to Amsterdam to smoke a lot and eat some mushrooms (but are now illegal). I just don't know if I should spend 4000 on a plane ticket yaaa know

  • @duffymoon01

Mushrooms are illegal, thats true, but they have replacements now with the same effect called "Truffles" ;)

  • @duffymoon01

Mushrooms are illegal here in Holland since last year, but they've got replacements which still are legal called Truffles. So don't be sad and get ya ass over here!

  • @duffymoon01 word homie. Im from Edmonton and I smpke GC all day. But I wouldnt want to go to Amsterdam just for "better" weed or different strains... It would just be such a cool place to be... make you feel welcomed to smoke Ganja ya dig?

Canada mos def has some of the strongest bud in the world...

  • @duffymoon01 Im in Cali, We got the BCbuds here too, those magical purples, from that beautiful mountain air! I think we should all agree there's great weed all over the world now!

    Keep smoking brother!

  • @duffymoon01

Lol, theres no such joint (or it would be a meter long).

No joint gets an dutchman like me to a flight of 4 hours man.

Maybe we need to get to Canada, I believe it's as strong as the dutch shit.

  • 2:29

  • im sweating like a pig

  • @dorogan We did actually roll the hash joints by hand. I rolled some of them myself.

  • The prefab joints are not rolled by hand, they have a small rolling machine

  • Lekker means nice in AFRIKAANS spoken in southafrica. It's not really dutch but its quite lekker to say lekker..EK lief die donnerse taal neh!!

  • thats is so kool. australias laws are so shit. and the governmet is so dumb honestly the only reason they dont like people smoken weed is cause they cant put a tax on it. and they dont like anything they cant control. bitch's

  • so so so many years ago now... love the bubble gum and afghani black :)

  • i went into one buy accident and they didnt even check my id

  • @atctnt i know places in canada that dont as well you just walk in!

  • Such a tragedy, was such a great place, long live the memory ;)

  • Actually it was an American living in Holland saying Lekker. Which means Nice, or tasty.

  • @theamsterdamreport yes that is how you say it - ja dat is hoe je het zegt

    GROETEN UIT NEDERLAND

  • the old dude was from germany she said :"lecker" it means like lovely

  • ha ha i think the random dude was arabic, she asked is it good? he's like lakan, it means of course ha ha ha what a boater.

  • @issafreij I though he said lekker, isn't that Dutch for tasty?

  • @issafreij he said Lekker dutch for "nice" or "its lovely"

  • my personal fav was OG kush...

  • @makkasjakkas45 he said Lekker, dutch for "its nice" or lovely

  • i want that mural on my wall in my room

  • i chicago regs u get a gram for 5 dollaz but da good shit be 20 4 a gram 50/70 4 an 8th

  • In N.Ireland its £12.50/g

  • You are getting ripped off then. I live in the north too, and pay £10/g for anything from skunk, to orange bud and even white widow. My town has some of the best weed in Ireland

  • @ryano50 Ireland?? I would say the USA has bud in the same quality as Amsterdam.. But Amsterdam is a much nicer place to hang out in because in the US they will lock you and up and turn you into a slave for the rest of your life if your arrested with weed or any other drug...PRISON NATION = USA

  • Yea man, i know. Some of the bud we get here is imported from the dam, so thankfully we get to smoke some of the finest too. A lot of Ireland is flooded with contaminated shit, but due to the wonderful dealers in my town we don't have that problem. Im taking my first trip to amsterdam this summer, and im sure going to LOVE it. Ha

  • It's nothing if your used to dutch weed,

(i don't get stoned from overseas weed)

12 euro for two grams is a good price in the Netherlands not the best weed, bud ok price. I live in Einhoven my coffeeshop sell 7 types of weeds and 7 types of hash (and space- cakes if your in Amsterdam, watch out for tourist weed...if your in the centre of amsterdam you got to know where to go if your a tourist.

  • A euro is $1.50

  • how much is a gram in amsterdam

  • 6 to 7,50 euro

  • i meant in us dollars

  • for the good stuff 11- 13 euro a gram.

  • whats the song at the beginning :(

  • Rick James: Mary Jane.

lf you ever hear a tune you like then just open another tab play it again and type a line of the lyrics of the song in Google example for this tune l just typed "l'm in love with Mary Jane she's my main thing" and it come up with the answer. Peace :o)

  • are you allowed inside even if you are not 18, and if you do not want to buy weed?

  • I don't think so because when it's busy with people all smoking crazy hash and super strains you will end up stoned just from fumes!

  • why was that grooss german kid lickin the papes so much, tanks for juicen the spliff whitey boy

  • chill out

  • I looked at a few Harvard studies, and well over half of their sources are old, and even more have "ANTIDRUG" in the url, meaning bias.

Also, they always say that while some suggest the causes are marijuana, NOBODY has been able to prove, after knowing about the drug for thousands of years, that marijuana itself influences that.

  • Deaths per year resulting from alcohol: 100,000

    · Deaths per year resulting from tobacco: 430,000

    · Deaths per year resulting from aspirin: 180- 1000

    · Deaths per year resulting from legal drugs: 106,000

    · Deaths that have ever occurred in direct result of Cannabis: 0 (that's right zero)

    let us smoke WEED!!

COPY N PASTE TO LEGALIZE THIS SHIT

  • are you forgetting about all the innocent people who rot away in prison for doing nothing other than enjoying peaceful intoxication? if they can trust us with alcohol, they sure as hell can trust us with cannabis.

but seriously, i'd gladly pay a tax if it meant that innocent people wouldn't get locked up any more. oh and it would be cheaper anyway...companies would compete against eachother for better strains and better prices

    awesome vid btw

  • In a way your right but people will grow and sell it and get locket up for it again just like what Canada doing it's legal but some people dont want to pay for it and you have to smoke it inside maybe less people will get locket up for it no matter what the U.S will never LEGALIZE it that My Point of View ...maybe people like drug dealer will not kill each order for stupid shit but i Doubt it'll happen.

  • id say thats not completely true, the deaths from alcohol are mostly drunk driving cases. weed impares your judgement too- its been proven, im sure there have been a lot of car accidents involving drivers smoking weed. there havent been many studys on the long term effects of weed on the body, im sure it does cause lung damage. obviously not at the same level as tobacco, but notable effects im sure- so to say its safe because there havent been many studys isnt fair. im for legalizing it though

  • I know you're for legalizing it, so that's good, but it helps to do your own research sometimes.

Any fatal car accidents where weed was involved did not involve just weed, and the numbers were no more than sober driving accidents.

You'd think that it would cause lung damage, but despite the plant being smoke for thousands of years, nothing has been proven - no notable effects. A lot of research actually shows a decent amount of cancer-blocking or cancer-reversing abilities.

  • pot has a lot of tar in it, are u sugesting tar in your lungs is harmless? thats laughable. also, its been proven that marijuana use affects reaction time, coordination and judgment, iv heard people say "i drive better when im high" but thats purely anecdotal. do YOUR research and u will find many university studys showing these results. focusing on things around u such as the music, the car beside u, means u dont notice the kid running across the street.

  • Actually, being paranoid while still being aware of your surroundings (which occurs while driving high) causes you to drive slower, and pay more attention to the aspects of driving. You're focused on your surroundings much more while driving high. I've seen all your "facts" before - on above the influence and simply outdated studies.

Facts and stats can be twisted the wrong way, and that's what your sources have done.

    abovetheignorance (dot) org

  • im not pulling these studys out of my ass, these were all on my first google search on the first page. look into it yourself. anything that impares your judgement and reduces your reaction times should remain illegal on the roads. i dont get how u are agueing that even though it reduces your reaction time its safe because it makes you paranoid.

  • I'm not condoning using it on the roads - I'm saying it's safer than everyone makes it out to be. Driving under the influence isn't the smartest, but when studies are showing that those reaction times and such are often bettered after marijuana, I think it calls for more research.

I've looked into marijuana a LOT-both sides of the argument.

In the end, though, I'm arguing for marijuana in general, not just on the roads. No links can be found between marijuana and health risks. It's that simple.

  • see your proving yourself off of google not frm personal expireance that jus makes you a dumb ass

  • lol... personal experience? i trust a university study over myself thinking im ok to drive after smoking a few bowls. ever heard all the excuses people give to police after being pulled over for dui? "iv only had a couple" "i feel fine" "i always make it home" "i didnt want to leave my car" thats personal experience.. is it a good idea to wait til u kill someone to decide its not a good idea to be high and drive? thats what makes u a dumbass..

  • The point still remains that there has not been one reported accident from MARIJUANA (what we're talking about) use.

All those excuses are for alcohol situations. If people didn't often drive better while high, your point would make sense, and there would be real-life cases.

  • chill out

  • That's odd, chill out is usually a phrase said to someone acting irrationally.

I am not doing so; I am simply letting people hear some truth instead of propaganda. I'm doing everyone a favor.

If only you knew how chill I am right now.

    ;)

  • "Amidst sobs by his relatives, John H. Harrison Jr., 18, was sent to prison Friday for two years for having smoked marijuana before a crash one year ago that claimed the life of his 17-year-old girlfriend, Courtney Anna Marie Kuenzi Kessenich" "Nevada

    -------

An off-duty Nevada Highway Patrol sergeant who last month triggered a three-car accident that left one person dead had more marijuana in his system than state law permits while driving, according to a police report. "

  • They are both crimes and should be punished with jail. Of course the pig walks, what bullshit. The best thing stoners can do is use herb in a responsible manner and non-smokers may buy in to our side.

  • there was even one here when i was in highschool 3 ppl i went to school with killed in one wreck, driver survived- but ended up in jail. reguardless of if people tend to drive slower, it still reduces your reaction times. accidents dont happen when everythings going right. accidents happen when something out of the ordinary happens. well with pot u have less time to act on that.

  • "In 2004, at least 9 percent of roughly 17,100 drivers tested for drugs after being involved in a fatal crash came up

positive for marijuana, according to statistics provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Adminstration."

im going to call the surgen general tomorow morning and ask for more information on this. not sure if thats the right office but ill start there.look im 100% FOR legalization but this is a REAL concern that needs to be addressed befor we can expect it to be legalized

  • I understand that man, and I can appreciate your concern, but how many of those had something other than marijuana in their systems - because marijuana is testable from anywhere between 5 days and a month, depending on frequency of smoking. Also, were those accidents their fault?

As a childish counterpoint, how many sober people get into fatal car wrecks - should we ban sobriety?

    Some accidents simply happen.

  • maybe thats because theres no means for roadside testing at this point... if the person doesnt smell like pot the officer has no reason to suspect u of being high. that doesnt mean the person isnt. and when u say there hasnt been one accident thats actually false. look them up yourself, they are there. ur just not willing to see them

  • I am willing to see them, and if there was any information on accidents where marijuana was The Sole Cause of an accident, the government would be all over that and putting it in Above the Influence ads.

I used to be so anti-marijuana, it's really not even funny. However, last semester I was told to do a formal paper on the topic, and ever since, I've been in support of it's legalization - not only for it's insane amount of industrial purposes, but as a safe recreational activity as well.

  • there needs to be more research done on the stats, and there needs to be a roadside way of accurately testing the levels in the body. right now there seems to be a stigma attached to researching pot.even talking about it isnt something any politician wants to touch.i think all drugs should be legalized, and kept illegal for use with driving, even alcohol should be banned at any level. right now people drink a couple beers n theres this guessing game of if ur ok to drive or not. very hit n miss

  • I'll agree with that.

I'm iffy about legalizing all drugs, but when I think about how regulation keeps it out of drug dealers hands, the profits and whatnot can go towards giving people actual truths about the drugs and maybe pay for rehab for drugs that actually cause damage, and even then, there will still be profit.

I also agree on the no tolerance for driving with alcohol, as well. Not only does the drunken state rely on poisoning yourself, I also think that alcohol is the gateway drug.

  • chill out

  • There have been MANY studies involving marijuana, and all of them prove either its harmlessness or helpfulness. The government completely ignores those or twists the facts, but you can see them all over the internet with credible sources.

Some testing has been done on driving while high, and many people performed better while high while the rest performed basically the same. Weed causes slight paranoia, and since you recognize that you're high, you focus on things around you (driving) better.

  • Smoking marijuana also weakens the immune system4 and raises the risk of lung infections.5 A Columbia University study found that a control group smoking a single marijuana cigarette every other day for a year had a white-blood-cell count that was 39 percent lower than normal, thus damaging the immune system and making the user far more susceptible to infection and sickness

  • There are also many long-term health consequences of marijuana use. According to the National Institutes of Health, studies show that someone who smokes five joints per week may be taking in as many cancer-causing chemicals as someone who smokes a full pack of cigarettes every day

  • thats cause the people they take there studys off of probly smokes meth, it's almost impossible to find anyone who only smokes marijuana because it's a gate way drug

  • MJ is only a gateway drug because it's illegal. Studies (yes, recent studies from universities and Psych associations) have shown that no causation exists on MJ being a gateway drug.

If MJ were legal, people wouldn't have to go through a dealer, who probably sells more than MJ. They could go into a store, show their ID, but what they want, and not be asked if they want to try something harder. With it being regulated, it will be tougher for younger people to get their hands on it.

  • the word gateway just means its the first drug u try befor moving onto other drugs. the term doesnt mean pot MAKES u crave other drugs. is it fair to say pot is usually the first drug someone trys?

  • Marijuana contains more than 400 chemicals, including most of the harmful substances found in tobacco smoke. Smoking one marijuana cigarette deposits about four times more tar into the lungs than a filtered tobacco cigarette. Harvard University researchers report that the risk of a heart attack is five times higher than usual in the hour after smoking marijuana

  • Hahaha! It's a PLANT! Of couse it contains over 400 chemicals. Good luck finding any plant that doesn't. If one decides to smoke marijuana as opposed to many other alternatives, and it does deposit that amount of tar, marijuana smokers don't get addicted, meaning not smoking as often or as much. You smoke to get high, and then stop. It's odd that the risk of heart attack is higher, yet NO ONE HAS HAD A HEART ATTACK FROM IT. Those looks like Above the Influence stats, which have been twisted.

  • i think ur reading too much high times, these are university studys man... ur calling harvard university bias? how do u know no one has had a heart attack well under the influence of pot? are u the surgen general?

  • I have never read High Times. I know that no one has had a heart attack under the influence of pot, because the government would jump at the chance to throw it in an anti-marijuana campaign. If you can find one source pointing to a solely marijuana influenced death/accident/ANYTHING, I will stop arguing.

  • i just did... harvard university study, in order to get a result of 5 times higher that means people had heart attacks during the study, and those in the pot smoking group had more. thats the only way to get that result. look up the study yourself

  • That study is from 2000. Other studies have shown otherwise.

  • Ha! The study also said this: "But it's less risky than a spurt of exercise for a couch potato or a snort of cocaine."

  • and how do you no thats not bull shit c'mon now. wat did you find that off google the goverment has been poisoning the new generations mind with there crap and making them believe the first thing they here

  • dude your so right my uncle has been smoking his whole life litteraly (catching really good 2nd hand smoke) and he has 4 perfectly safe and sound and has a job and a car and a wife we need to depend on real life experiance instead of google
