@BballNintendo Those aren't healthy only the lipton one is. Nestea and Arizona have high fructose corn syrup which leads to obesity. Also they are artificially flavored so not as much benefits that you will get from 100 % green tea.
Gunpowder green tea = win. By the way should have said up to 5 minutes(that's what I hear everywhere). Also i've heard steaping over that amount of time can make it bitter, is that true for steaping the same tea into a new cup?
@t3hsniper No, the thing about oversteeping tea if it's at the right temperature is that it releases too many tannins (the agents that make tea astringent and bitter) into the water, so they are more concentrated than they should be, when you re-steep the tea is simply releasing more of it's substances into the new water, so the new tea isn't bitter either, though perhaps weaker.
