I love yogatoday, love all the teachers, and love & practice kundalini and other forms of yoga regularly - but this particular sequence has often made me feel nauseous, to the point where I've either had to stop or actually thrown up. I'd love to know if there's a specific reason! ~?~
Nice video : )The kundalini subject is very interesting. For some good and deep electronic music you can check my channel and have a listen if you feel like it : ) Have a nice day : )
Yesterday I had a dream about me, living in a house, far away, and in the back window I had the view of two big volcanos covered with snow. They were all white, like these mountains. ´Kundalini is not my favorite type of yoga, but today when I was looking for a yoga video, this one called my atention. thanks for this amazing class. I just felt a little dizzy at the end, and this is something that It dident happen to me in other practices.
Hello i run 7 k 3 times a week. So my legs should be ok. But the FROG in this is just killing my legs :-) . I just love all the other but the frog :-(
Thanks Sarah, great session. I wanted something that oxygenated my blood because I have megaloblastic anemia / low oxygen in the blood and thus suffer from fatigue even though I'm only 28. This felt great. I'm going to do this session every morning and see how things improve. I felt a little dizzy like I needed to throw up afterwards but I think that's just because the body releases a lot of toxins from this type of yoga so I'm going to drink some water to help that. Thanks again!
This series has changed my life. I have degenerative discs and piched nerves, and though it was a daunting challenge, a year after regular practice of kundalini, I feel wonderful.
Some people may not like it because it is very uncomfortable at first. You may get lightheaded or experience feelings of frustration, anger, and despair. All I can say is KEEP DOING IT! Eventually you'll clear all that stuff and move into a better version of you!
Am wondering if kundalini is not for everybody, I have watched the other kundalini video clips too and tried practicing them. However, seems I cannot enjoy them. I really feel a strong positive feedback (feeling of well being) when I do other asanas and vinyasas in your other clips (Adi and Neesha's too)... but every time I try the kundalini sessions, I feel dizzy and somewhat uneasy/irritable at the end. So definitely kundalini is powerful.but it seems to be doing more harm than good. Any help?

It is OK to do yoga when your menstrating. It's just better to avoid some poses. Best to google it and see for yourself. The same goes for pregnancy. But doen't write of yoga because your prego it can be very beneficial!
I'm no expert but I do know that a woman is not supposed to do yoga during menstruation. I can only assume that certain yoga positions could induce a miscariage. I would play it safe and do yoga that is specificaly created for pregnanant women.....just my two cents...
greentigereye -The video quality of these newer videos seems to be higher, and therefore the files are larger, so it may take a bit longer to load, depending on your connection speed. Try pausing the video and allowing it to load a bit (or all the way) first.
Also... all of these episodes are available to download (for free) via the Yoga Today podcast on iTunes. Just search "yogatoday"
Awesome work out. I've been looking for a good half hour session that's 'complete' and this is perfect. Lovely instructor, lovely scenery, perfect flow and I was giggling by the end of it!
Sarah, you're my favorite! You are so funny and awesome!

oh shit no. one. kundalini will not come if the subtle channels are not open.
it is the dissolving of the inner channels into the center.
BREATHING inflates the channels, keeping them from dissolving.
so one, you must either have the channels all open and subtlized. or two, you must know tricks of breathing. rough breatihng = no.
3. mystic heat is not being accumulated through physical excercise, but is depleted.

If you're pregant you have a perfectly good excuse to abandon ALL body movement for a while, just being active will burn much more calories anyway.
