  • @dreamcastII hehe good question.. I suppose all movements evolve into all other movements based on interpretation? I am sure he has some kind of special Belt or sash or something to prove his knowledge, but it just seems rushed to me... In practice: the slower the better in my mind. It is for self improvement not a showing of competition..
