This is a good video. Would have been nice to have a commentary. It show the full and authentic method making this particular, much loved Rajasthani dish called Dal (lentils), Bati (wheat flour balls) and Churma (a sweet made from further processing of Bati). The whole process of buying wheat and whole lentils, to cleaning and milling the wheat, to slow-cooking the Batis in cow-dung embers. Great! Thanks.
