typical foreign training, always master the basic.. fitness, running, etc. before you can even touch the ball.. i played volleyball, and still remember 2 months i spent learning to run, jump, run and jump again.. 2 months!!! before i can start touch the ball... anyway safiq, proud of u and all malaysian are proud of u.. keep up the good work...
