Hi, I am using JBL electrode. I had RMA'ed the electrode as I was thinking it is faulty. Eventually found out that the 12V charger for the pH controller was faulty. Luckily I had one universal Charger and now it works perfectly. Try borrowing one JBL electrode any you'll see ;)
Are you using the JBL probe with the controller? , i am using a non brand probe with mine , but having lots of problems with the non (cheap) JBL probe PH readings , thought I could save some money buying a non branded probe. thanks for any info
